Tim Murtaugh is a seasoned political communications expert with over two decades of experience in state and national politics. He founded Line Drive Public Affairs, LLC, a communications consulting firm, in 2021 after serving as Director of Communications for President Donald J. Trump’s 2020 re-election campaign. Murtaugh has held senior roles with the Republican National Committee, Republican Governors Association, and multiple political campaigns. He began his career in politics as press secretary for former Virginia Senator George Allen. A Temple University graduate, Murtaugh lives in Leesburg, VA, with his wife and two sons, and is a dedicated fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Pirates, and the band Rush.
