Senior editor at The Federalist and contributor to Fox News, Mollie Hemingway has been published in the Wall Street Journal, National Review and The Nw York Times Magazine.
A stout skeptic of Donald Trump, she has since turned into a defender.
During the Republican primaries she referred to him as, “a demagogue with no real solutions for anything at all.” Since then, however, she has taken to defending trump and keeping a critical eye on the media.
In fact, it was Hemingway who in September 2019 called out the New York Times for a story in which Brett Kavanaugh was accused of serious allegations. She pointed out that the victim in the story did not corroborate the alleged crime and forced the “failing New York Times” to publish a correction.
Her works have focused on the role of the media in Democracy, the Kananaugh Confirmation and the 2020 Election.

Rigged: How the Media, Big Tech, and the Democrats Seized Our Elections
Mollie Hemingway has written the definitive book on the topic you’re not supposed to bring up: the Democrats stole the 2020 election.
With Sleepy Joe Biden unable to pull together a handful of supporters at his rallies versus President Trump garnering a groundswell of support, the media and Big Tech want you to believe he legitimately won. He didn’t.
With exclusive interviews of campaign officials, reporters, Supreme Court justices and even President Trump himself, Rigged, gives a detailed account of what went wrong. Examining the burying of the Biden family’s secrets by big tech and the corporate media, as well as exploiting a public health crisis to change how voting in American works, the Democrats cheated and lied to steal an election.
In her book Mollie Hemingway outlines exactly what happened at every step, who is responsible and how the Right, as always, can reply on the truth to win America back.
Justice on Trial: The Kavanaugh Confirmation and the Future of the Supreme Court
The definitive book on the Kavanaugh Confirmation, Mollie Hemingway dives deep into murky waters to expose the truth.
Based on incredible access to over 100 senators, justices and even the President himself, Hemingway breaks down the facts of the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearing.
With the Supreme Court increasingly the final decision on so many critical aspects of American life, and with Kavanaugh seen as the swing vote on Abortion, the Left came out swinging. Painted as a sexual predator in the media, with no evidence to support it, the goal wasn’t just to bring him down, but to ruin him and make future candidates rethink their decision to get anywhere near the Supreme Court.
Trump vs. the Media
One of the most successful tactics of President Trump was his battle with the media. Rather than simply admit that they have a bias or sometimes get things wrong, he called out their obvious political and social agenda and labelled them the enemy of truth. And the American public agreed.
For the millions who had mumbled as much to themselves for years, they now had a leader who declared it openly in the public square. In doing so he started a movement to distrust the media and even ignore them entirely.
And yet, the media has always played a critical role in Democracy. So can that trust be returned? And can the media once again work to support Democracy, and hold those in power accountable?
Journalist Mollie Hemigway examines those questions and asks: is it too late?
