A close ally of President Donald Trump, Jim Jordan is the elected representative for Ohio’s 4th congressional district. A member of the Republican party, he has held his seat since 2007.
Jordan is a founding member of the House Freedom Caucus which he describes as a, “smaller, more cohesive, more agile and more active” group than the Republican party at large. It is made up of those who are both economically and socially conservative with a mandate to limit government.
Jordan is pro-life. He’s an opponent of the big tech oligopoly. During President Trump’s time on office Joran worked to challenge and expose the fraud behind allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 election and has been a proponent of investigating fraud in the 2020 election. He voted to not certify the Electoral College results, noting significant discrepancies in voter results.
